http://www.mscnantes.org/kozx23q What is the result of all of this?  One of the best splits in the business!  We offer a 90/10 split to our agents with a $14,000 annual cap.  If you don’t “cap”, you don’t pay the difference!  We do not charge a “per transaction” fee and our monthly fees are $25/mo for Skyslope and twice a year, $100 (total $200) for E&O insurance.  We have happy agents who have been with us since day one and we are always on the lookout for new agents who fit our model.
